The system is located at one side of a decelerator for rotating a remicon drum, having a hydraulic motor that is cooled. Bearings(34 and 36) are positioned by snap rings(35 and 37) on the outer surface of a rotation shaft(10) for fixing a cooling fan(20). A cylindrical member(30) with a leakage prevention packing(38) is placed outside the fan, such that the rotation shaft(10) is spline-coupled with a hydraulic motor shaft(14), and a flange(32) of the cylindrical member is fixed at a valve body(5).
