PURPOSE: To provide a hydraulic elevator whose performance is improved by holding a temperature of operating oil in the hydraulic elevator in a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger part 11 is provided in an oil tank 5 of storing operating oil of a hydraulic elevator. The heat exchanger part 11 and a heat pump 9 are connected through a pipe 10, to circulate a coolant through this pipe 10 between the heat pump 9 and the heat exchanger part 11. Since the heat exchanger part 11 is immersed in operating oil in the oil tank 5, heat absorbed from the operating oil is released from the heat pump 9 through the coolant. Since this heat pump 9 is provided outside a room, a temperature of a machine room 12 or the like is prevented from rising. Further since a temperature of operating oil can be easily held to a fixed range, the hydraulic elevator of improving performance can be provided. |
