LUBRICATING RESIN-TREATED STAINLESS STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: To provide a lubricating resin-treated stainless steel which can suppress biting of both sides being respectively brought into contact with a punch and a die and in which the coating of the punch side can be peeled off immediately after pressing. CONSTITUTION: A lubricating resin-treated stainless steel has an org. resin layer with a dry film thickness of 5-200μm contg. 100 pts.wt. org. resin being a vinyl chloride org. resin or an org. resin contg. mainly a vinyl chloride resin and 1-50 pts.wt. powdery lubricant on the side being brought into contact with a punch during press processing of a stainless steel sheet and an org. resin mixture layer with a dry film thickness of 0.1-5.0μm contg. 1-40 pts.wt. powdery lubricant to 100 pts.wt. org. resin on the side being brought into contact with a die.
