PURPOSE: To produce zoning newspapers with high performance by slightly rotating an eccentric sleeve of one of a plate cylinder and a blanket cylinder or both of them by a liquid pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION: When a plate cylinder 4 is to be separated from a blanket cylinder 3 as a fixed side, an eccentric sleeve 17 is inserted in the outside of a switching pressure adjusting eccentric sleeve which forms an outer ring 16a of a bearing 16 of the plate cylinder 4. When the eccentric sleeve 17 is slightly rotated in a predetermined direction by a fluid pressure cylinder 19, the axial center of the plate cylinder 4 moves along a straight line parallel with a tangent line of the cylinders 3 and 4, and separates slightly from the blanket cylinder 3. The plate cylinder 4 and the blanket cylinder 3 separate from each other, so that supply of ink is stopped, a water roller is tripped, and printing is stopped. |
