<p>PURPOSE: To develop a buffer for restraining the return operation of a safety valve to a valve close after operation to a slow progress in order to reinforce the protection of a pipe route and a circumferential device by improving further the function of the safety valve interposed to the pipe route in order to buffer a water hammer pressure and consuming perfectly a wave motion energy held in a pipe route water. CONSTITUTION: Buffers 2 are installed in both sides of a safety valve 1 symmetrically. A box body 25 providing a liquid chamber (oil chamber 24) whose volume is increased along with a valve opening through the movement of a connection rod 21 moving together with a valve opening/closing by the engagement with the valve body 11 of the valve is installed in this device. The liquid chamber is connected to a liquid pressure mechanism (hydraulic mechanism 3) and in this piping constitution, when the volume is increased, an operation liquid is supplied and filled immediately but at the valve close time, a circulation flow is restrained and the valve close operation is suppressed slowly.</p> |
