CONSTITUTION: A flow rate adjusting device 11 has a structure capable of adjusting the supply amt. of mortar 1 from a bifurcated branch unit 10, that is, an extrusion main pipe 3 to branch pipings 4a, 4b. The bifurcated branch unit 10 has a main pipe passage 30 and two branch pipe passages 41, 42 and a short pillar-shaped revolving resistor 12 having an egg-shaped cross section is arranged to the branch part D of the unit 10. Both end surfaces of the revolving resistor 12 are flat and the opposed wall surfaces of the bifurcated passages of the revolving region are also flatly formed. When the supply amts. of mortar from the extrusion main pipe to the branch pipings 4a, 4b are adjusted, the revolving resistor 12 is revolved and the position of the side end A thereof is displaced to increase and decrease the passage areas of the branch pipe passages 41, 42.</p>
