<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture a sticking laminate which has excellent flexibility, air permeability and drape by obtaining strong sticking force by small quantity of adhesive. CONSTITUTION: When hot-melt adhesive powder is scattered from a hopper 1 on the upper surface of a belt during moving of the belt and heated by a heater 3, the powder is melted and the adhesive group of numerous hot-melt adhesive melted particles is formed on the surface of the belt. When a first adherend 10 is passed between the one roll 4 of a belt conveyor 2 and an opposed transfer roll 5, the group on the surface of the belt is transferred from the belt surface to the one surface of the adherend 10, and then when a second adherend 11 is fed between both locking rolls 6 disposed oppositely with the adherend 10 in which the group is transferred to the one side surface while passing the rolls 6, the adherend 11 is added and pressurized to the forming surface of the adhesive group of the adherend 10 transferred with the group between the rolls 6, and both the adherences 10, 11 are laminated to be integrated.</p> |
