A device using the method includes an image sensor(14) for scanning and converting a manuscript to image data, a P/D sensor(12) for detecting an existence of manuscript or record paper, a transmitting and receiving means for modulating an image data and copying data, and a printer(22) for generating and printing an operation control panel and image data. The method includes the steps of; registering a page number of loading manuscript, counting page number of transmission, transmitting a page data and repeating the above steps.
