PURPOSE: To reduce a manufacturing time and cost of a fan blade for a fan adapted to wind power generation by manufacturing fixing members embedded in a blade root of a main frame of the blade independently on the main frame, and embedding them in a blade root block installed on the main frame. CONSTITUTION: A blade of a fan used for wind power generation is composed of an outer skin made of GFRP for forming a blade shape, a GFRP frame as a reinforcing member, and an intermediate charging member made of foaming urethane. A plurality of fixing nuts 4 are embedded in a blade root for installing the blade to a fan body. A blade root FRP block 3 in which one or plural fixing nuts 4 are previously embedded is formed independently of the main frame 2. The blade root FRP block 3 is adhesively bonded to the main frame 2 for integration. The main frame 2 can be prepared through simple manufacturing of a cylindrical body. Manufacturing time is shortened, and producibility is improved. |
