PURPOSE: To maximize the magnetic flux density of a grain oriented silicon steel sheet with a high magnetic flux density and to stably produce a product of ultralow iron loss. CONSTITUTION: At the time of producing an ordinary grain oriented silicon steel sheet containing AlN+MnS(Se) as main inhibitor and also containing 0.0005-0.05% Bi at a heavy draft, secondary recrystallization finish annealing is excuted at a heating rate higher than heretofor while regulating the heating rate in the temp. region between 900 and 1150 deg.C to (15 to 50) deg.C/hr. By this method, the product with extremely high magnetic flux density, having >=1.96T magnetic flux density B8 , can be produced more stably and more inexpensively than the conventional one. |
