<p>PURPOSE: To form an adsorbing structure by folding a net body, on which adsorbing base material particles are fixed, in weaving state and attaching unwoven fabric on the outside surface of the creases of one side, to reduce the pressure loss at the time of passing through the net body by preventing gas flow from passing through a layered net bodies and to vary the array density of the adsorbing base material particles in the flow direction by controlling the folding pitch. CONSTITUTION: The adsorbing structure 1 is formed by fixing activated carbon particles 2 as the adsorbing base material particles on the wire net 3, folding the wire net 3 in weaving state and attaching the unwoven fabric 4 on one side of the creases. As the gas flow passes through the net body only once different from in the case of net bodies laminating type, the pressure loss is reduced. And the array of the activated carbon particles 2 is made rough in the gas flow direction by increasing the folding pitch P. Thus, the balance between the pressure loss and adsorption capacity is controlled.</p> |
