A coupling tube is formed on the center of the round rotative plate(51) and the middle portion(511) of the plate is bent. A plurality of rotary blades(52) are formed radially from the coupling tube(53). The upper of rotary blade(52) is formed higher than that of the rotative plate(51), to raise the rising pressure, right and left circular pressure. The rotary blade(52) forms W-shaped bent portion. The coupling tube(53) is formed higher than the rotary blade(52), so as to prevent washing water from whirling when the rotative plate is rotated.
