a voltage distributing part changing the current value of a source power when a finger of a user touches a switch; a first logic element generating an inverted pulse according to the output of the voltage distributing part; a noise removing part removing the noise included in the first logic element; a second logic element inverting the pulse without noise; a T flip flop toggled whenever the output of the second logic element is inputted; and a relay driving part controlling to supply and to block AC power to the monitor.
