The device includes a input signal generating means(1), a micro computer(2), a phase detecting means(6), a voltage control generating means(7), a synchronous generating means(5), a pattern producing means(8), a memory means(3), an address generating means(12), a data path controlling means(13), a convergence correction control means(4), and a digital/analogy converting means(10).
