The circuit includes a FM detection means(100) for reading the second middle frequency and detecting a FM, a band pass filter(200) for filtering an output signal, an envelope detection means(300) for detecting an envelope, an amplifier(400) having a positive input port, the first resistance(500), the second resistance(700), a phase difference means for detecting phase of output signal and stereo/dual speech recognition signal, and a low pass filter(1000) for reading a phase-difference and filtering a low-band.
