This invention is provided to prevent the damage of the steam pipe due to high temperature when high temperature steam(12) flows, and relates the pipe wherein a rock wool layer(6) is formed between outer pipe(2) and inner pipe(4), the circumference of the rock wool layer(6) is covered with a silica cover layer(8), and outer surface of the silica cover layer(8) is covered with polyurethane foam(10).
