A multi-television using the circuit can receive broadcasting signal of PAL or NTSC, selectively. The circuit includes a controlling unit(10) for generating a switching signal tint function and tint controlling signal, a switching unit(30) for switching, generating tint controlling signal and controlling tint of image signal, and an integrating circuit(40) for integrating a tint controlling signal and providing the signal to image signal processing unit(50).
