PURPOSE: To perform a secure and positive alarm in making the alarm of a defect in a pressure source so as to use it effectively for the driving of a vehicle and its driver. CONSTITUTION: An alarm pressure switch 10 is connected to a central processing unit for A/T control (hereinafter referred to as an A/T CPU) 20, and a pressure defect detecting signal out of this alarm pressure switch 10 is inputted into this A/TCPU 20 which controls an automatic transmission 18 so as to make it into shift-down during vehicle traveling by this pressure defect detecting signal, and it forcibly performs deceleration (about 0.1 to 0.2g), insomuch that it will not turn to an emergency brake (less than about 0.7g), while in time of car stoppage, it controls the automatic transmission 18 so as to check its shift-up, restricting any speed increase at the starting. With the restriction of deceleration or acceleration at the starting, an alarm for a defect in a pressure source is effectively used for the driving of a vehicle, while a driver can know the alarm without fail. |
