PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an interpolating device by sampling a received signal with the fixed sampling signal of fixed oscillator. SOLUTION: A received signal 41 is filtered through a base band 42 by a low-pass analog filter 43. Further, this signal is sampled by an A/D converter 44 to be controlled by a fixed sampling signal 45 outputted from a fixed oscillator 46. Concerning this sample, the number of samples is recovered almost to two by a prefilter/decimation 47, and they are supplied to a matched interpolation filter 48 and a timing estimator 49. The device 49 outputs a signal 410 for synchronizing samples at the speed of sent signal to the filter 48. The filter 48 guarantees the interpolation of sampling signals while considering the ratio of sampling frequency and source frequency as a digital filter under the control of filter coefficient vector and determines the filter coefficient corresponding to a determination reference for limiting interference from a transmission channel while considering the analysis of transmission channel. |
