PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of the use and distribution of a digital work. SOLUTION: A right on using right grammar is a label corresponding to a prescribed action and conditions for the exercise of the right. A copyright indicates that the digital work can be copied and the condition is that a requester delivers a specified security standard. A loanright is defied so as to limit the loan period of the work. A using right is provided with a copy count condition for limiting the number of times that the right is simultaneously exercised, a security class condition for ensuring that the requester is provided with the security of an appropriate level, a time specification for indicating the restriction condition of a time base for the exercise of the right and the right code of charge use or the like for indicating a using charge for the exercise of the right along with the condition for the exercise of the right. |
