摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To rapidly and easily predict the behavior of a thermal limitation value. CONSTITUTION: A prediction point input part 301 determines a prediction point according to a control rod operation sequence and reactor core flow for an entire operation range and a prediction calculation part 303 performs prediction calculation by a reactor core simulator 30 based on a current reactor core state with the prediction point corresponding to the current reactor core state as a starting point and obtains the thermal limitation value and the reactor core thermal output value for each prediction point. A thermal limitation value map data creation part 304 creates thermal limitation value map data from the thermal limitation value, a reactor core thermal output value, and the control rod operation sequence and the reactor core flow of the prediction point. A thermal limitation value map conversion part 306 displays the reactor core flow and the reactor core thermal output value from the thermal limitation value map data at a display part so that the correlation curve of the thermal limitation value can be drawn on the corresponding graph by the coordinate axes to be compared.</p>
