<p>PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of the device by detecting abnormality of programs of doubled CPUs and outputting an abnormality signal to the outside even if a monitor means as hardware gets out of order. CONSTITUTION: Of the abnormality monitoring device for the doubled CPUs, the program of the main system circuit 1 sends a pulse signal to a fail-safe system circuit 2, which monitors the pulse signal at all times according to the program and outputs the abnormality signal unless the pulse signal is received within a specific time. Further, the program of the fail-safe system circuit 2 sends the pulse signal to the main system circuit 1, which monitors the pulse signal at all times according to the program and outputs the abnormality signal unless the pulse signal is received within the specific time.</p> |
