PURPOSE: To provide a water supplying facility having a superior anticorrosion effect and a superior sound-insulating effect. CONSTITUTION: An air bubble separating device A is comprised of a pipe mar 21 of large diameter having an inlet side connecting pipe 24 connected to an upper part higher than a central part of a front plate 22 and an outlet side connecting pipe 25 connected to a lower part lower than a central part of a rear plate 23; a vertical pipe 26 vertically arranged at an upper part near the rear plate 23 of the pipe member 21; and an air discharging pipe 27 passing through a top plate of the vertical pipe 26 and fixed thereto. The large diameter pipe member 21 and the vertical pipe 26 vertically arranged thereto are ale of synthetic rubber reinforced with reinforcing core material comprised of mixture material of steel and chemical fiber or the like so as to improve absorption performance of a pulsating wave transmitted in water and a shock dampening effect against vibration.
