PURPOSE: To easily correct a format, etc., edited by the other person by storing document information inputted in plural editing modes and identifiably displaying the editing mode of displayed document information at the time of inputting. CONSTITUTION: An input device 103 inputs the document information in the plural editing modes such as a document editing mode and a graphic editing mode, for example, and stores it in a storage device 105. When displaying the stored document information on a display device 102, it is displayed so that which editing mode the displayed document information is inputted in can be identified. Therefore, when the document information edited in various editing modes can be simultaneously displayed, which editing mode the displayed document information is edited in can be speedily recognized. Thus, the format edited by the other person or the edited result, for which the editing process is forgotten with the passage of time although it is prepared by a certain user himself, can be easily corrected. |
