<p>PURPOSE: To cope with a pipe conduit in a deformed section by a method wherein a belt-like member having two side edges between which a joint is formed is continuously fed and helically wound and the joints making contact with each other are joined together by an applying device, containing a molding frame where a number of guide rollers are interconnected, to additionally form a lining pipe. CONSTITUTION: When a pipe conduit is applicable for a sewerage work, a belt-like member 100 is wound from a manual work position several times to produce a lining pipe R for a start. A lining applying device S containing a mold frame 1 where a number of guide rollers 2 are interconnected is incorporated in the inner side of the lining pipe R for a start. The inner and outer surface rollers 3 and 4 of the joining mechanism part 5 of the applying device S are rotated and by the nipping force of the two members, the joints making contact with each other of the belt-like member 100 are joined together. Simultaneously, through the engagement guide work of the annular flange part of the outer surface roller 4 and the groove of the belt-like member 100, the whole of the applying device S is revolved in the peripheral direction of a pipe and advanced in the axial direction of the pipe, and the belt-like member 100 is helically wound to orderly manufacture a lining pipe R.</p> |
