<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently store recording data by storing the item data as specified information for specifying a pertinent item in the other recording data when the item data of the same contents are present in the other recording data. CONSTITUTION: The recording data to be corrected are retrieved from a RAM 3 and displayed on a display device 4, the item to be corrected is corrected by an input instruction from a keyboard 2 and a corrected result is registered to the RAM 3. Then, from the items of the recording data corrected at present, the recording data provided with the item of the same contents as the ones before the correction of the corrected item are successively retrieved from the inside of the RAM 3 and the found recording data are displayed at the display device 4. At the time, the pertinent item is distinguished from the other display by performing inversion display or drawing an underline. Also, display for inquiring whether or not to perform the correction similar to it is performed as well. In such a manner, when the recording data provided with the same item are present by retrieval, input is received from the keyboard 2 and a correction processing is performed to the previously found recording data.</p> |
