<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a spiral cable reel in which rotation of a rotor member is blocked during the work for fixing the spiral cable reel to a machine and the positional relationship is set and held correctly between a stator member and the rotor member. CONSTITUTION: A stopper body part 13 is provided, on one end side thereof, with a protrusion 14 which can be engaged removably in a fitting hole 17 made at the protruding part 16 of a rotor member 12.
