<p>PURPOSE: To protect a communication control cable against trouble due to a field induced from a power cable through a simple means by closing an open surface with a cover using an H-steel. CONSTITUTION: An H-steel is buried, in H-shape, into a trench 8 and a cover 4 is applied to the upper opening to provide upper and lower spaces 1a, 1b partitioned by a web 2 being used as a cable duct 1. Communication cables 11 are laid in the upper cable duct 1a and power cables 10 are laid in the lower cable duct 1b, for example. The gaps between the bottom face, the left and right side faces of the H-steel cable duct 1 and the bottom and wall of the trench are filled with concrete 5. The H-steel is mounted on the surface of concrete 5 placed on the bottom of the trench thus closing the lower open surface. The upper open surface is applied with the cover 4 and closed. In other words, different types of cable can be laid in a cable duct comprising a plurality of spaces partitioned by a web member obtained by closing the open surface and thereby the cables can be protected against the adverse effect of induced magnetic trouble.</p> |
