<p>PURPOSE: To realize weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance at the part for bearing the wire gripping part by making the bearing base of main frame and bearing frame of nonferrous light metal and building a steel bearing tube in the bearing base. CONSTITUTION: The main frame 1 is made of aluminum alloy and has hollow circular cross-section whereas the bearing frame 2 is constructed of a solid bearing base 3 made of aluminum alloy and a steel bearing tube 4. The bearing base 4 of the bearing frame 2 is bent by about 120 deg. with the opposite ends thereof being finished circularly and inserted into the main frame 1 at the end thereof before being welded at the overlapped coupling part. The bearing tube 4 comprises a set of externally threaded tube 5 and an internally threaded tube 6 which are screwed into the central hole of the bearing base 3 from above and below and integrated. With such structure, weight reduction, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance at the bearing part are achieved advantageously for the design of transmission line.</p> |
