<p>PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive and simple vehicle burglarproof device having a starter killing function by utilizing a burglarproof panel attachable/ detachable to/from an electronic equipment body and allowed to be locked by a key. CONSTITUTION: A switch 67 built in a burglarproof panel 66 is turned on by locking a key on the panel 66. A relay 62 is normally turned off, and when an accessory key is turned, power is supplied from an on-vehicle battery 68 to a starter motor 61 through a switch 60 and the relay 62 to start the motor 61. When the key on the panel 66 is locked, the switch 67 is turned on and the relay 62 is made active, so that power supply to the motor 61 is turned off. Thereby even if the accessory key is left inserted, power is not supplied to the motor 61 until the key on the panel 66 is unlocked, so that both of an electronic equipment and a vehicle can be prevented from being subjected to burglary.</p> |
