摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve generating efficiency of X-rays by making an electron beam collision surface of an anode a required step shape. SOLUTION: An anode 12 of an X-ray tube comprises a base body 21, a cooling channel 23, a coating 22 to which an electron beam collision surface is formed. This electron beam collision surface is formed by stair shape end surfaces 191 to 19n to which an electron beam E perpendicularly collides and side walls 201 to 20n that connect the adjacent end surfaces 191 to 19n . An angleβformed with the corresponding end surfaces 191 to 19n is selected for these side walls 201 to 20n so that a beam RE diffused backward at the corresponding end surfaces 191 to 19n collides in a required angle such as 30 degrees or less. Thereby, an electron beam diffused backward can be utilized, and generating efficiency of X-rays is improved.
