PURPOSE: To efficiently air condition in a room and regulate the temperature of utilization water by a simple structure using one heat source apparatus for air conditioning. CONSTITUTION: The air conditioner connects two indoor units C, D and a first water temperature regulator B for heating utilization water by heat exchanging refrigerant from a heat source apparatus A with the water fed to a pool to the one apparatus A for air conditioning in parallel via first and second connecting tubes 6, 7. In the structure, first and second branch units 10, 11 are connected via a second refrigerant flow rate controller 13 to selectively cool or heat by each indoor units C, D and to simultaneously cool by certain indoor unit C or D and to heat by another indoor unit D or C. Accordingly, the conditioner can simultaneously cool and heat and heat water, and may be simply constituted without necessity of preparing two conventional heat source apparatuses of air conditioning and water heating. |
