PURPOSE: To easily observe other pictures while a series of pictures on a group examination are observed. CONSTITUTION: When the display request of the other pictures is given while the picture displayed by a series of picture data stored in the first storage means 3 of a picture display device 1 is observed, the effect is inputted from an input means 6. CPU 7 interrupts the display of picture data stored in the first storage means 3 on CRT 5 by the input, reads other picture data from a magnetic disk 2 and stores it in a second storage means 4. CPU 7 displays picture data stored in the second storage means 4 on CRT 5 as a visual image by an instruction from the input means 6. |
