PURPOSE: To make it unnecessary to execute the manual inserting operation of a new bankbook into a terminal and to make it possible to output also a slip for a transaction. CONSTITUTION: When the carry-over of a bankbook is generated (T30), a terminal 2 temporarily stops a transaction and informs a host computer 1 of the carry-over. The computer 1 transmits unregistered detailed data and magnetic stripe data to a bankbook issuing machine 3 (H20) and records slip preparing information in a slip preparing information file (H30). The machine 3 executes the issue of a new bankbook and the data entry in the bankbook in parallel with the succeeding transaction processing of the terminal 2 (A10) and informs the computer 1 of the issue completion of the new bankbook (A20). The computer 1 transmits a bankbook issue completion message to the terminal (H60) and the terminal 2 displays the message (T70). When the terminal 2 ends the succeeding transaction, the computer 1 reads out the slip preparing information from the slip preparing information file and transmits the read information to the terminal 2 (H70) and the terminal 2 outputs a slip (T80). |
