PURPOSE: To provide the system that is able to recognize a correct dynamic occurrence time. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal equipment 2 of a mobile vehicle 1 operates an event key 3 to start an elapsed time timer 5 every occurrence of an event and a newest elapsed time represented by the elapsed timer is added to event data sent to a base station 7 every time various event takes place and repeats the transmission of the data. The base station 7 receiving the event data reads a current time from a clock device provided in advance and representing an absolute time and subtracts the elapsed time added to the event data to be received from the current time to recognize an accurate event occurrence time of the mobile vehicle. |
