PURPOSE: To obtain a laser beam machining system in which an objective wire can be irradiated with laser beam uniformly through a simple structure and laser machining can be carried out simultaneously at a plurality of points. CONSTITUTION: The laser machining system comprises a laser irradiation means, a lens 3 for condensing the laser light 1 from the laser irradiating means, a concave mirror 4 disposed oppositely to the lens 3 and reflecting the laser beam passed through the lens, and means for feeding an objective wire 5 between the lens 3 and the concave mirror 4. The laser machining system further comprises a drive system 9 for oscillating the concave mirror 4 to scan the reflected laser beam. |
