<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the dustproofness and the fixing performance by providing a rectangular prism elastic body, being set on a board having a through hole larger than the outside diameter of a cable, with a plurality of cylindrical holes smaller than the outside diameter of the cable and abutting a cover member, split along a line connecting the holes, against the cable. CONSTITUTION: Generally, a board 1 is the side wall of steel housing for industrial electric apparatus. A packing member 2 is a substantially rectangular prism made of chloroprene sponge and provided with cylindrical hole smaller than the outside diameter of the cable, corresponding in number to that of the cables, and a cut 22 is made along the line connecting the holes 21. A cover member 3 has an opening 31 larger than the outside diameter of the cable and split into two in the direction of an arrow A. Each split part has a leg 32 which is secured to the board 1 through small holes 33. The cut 22 is opened laterally and a cable, mounting a connector at the end part thereof, can be passed through the hole 21. With such structure, the dustproofness and the fixing performance can be enhanced.</p> |
