The roller is designed to perform fixing and moving functions at the intention of user. The roller includes : an outer wheel (2) inserted and installed to a cylindrical inner wheel (1); a transverse shaft (3) penetrating the inner wheel (1) for supporting; a supporting point (4) and a spring (5) for limiting the location of the inner wheel (1); and a vertical shaft (6) for supporting the transverse shaft (3).
