PURPOSE: To provide a pile breakage surveying method and a device used for it surveying the locations and breakage degree of breakage positions of piles quickly, correctly, and simply, surveying multiple breakage positions and deep positions quickly, correctly, and simply, and surveying the center pile correctly and simply by utilizing the fact that the loads of piles are increased or decreased by an earthquake or an aftershock, utilizing the AE waves generated forcibly, and analyzing the AE waves in a pile breakage survey. CONSTITUTION: This pile breakage surveying method is constituted of the second step P2 for installing multiple AE sensors on piles supporting a structure, the third step P3 for measuring the AE waves generated from breakage positions due to the increase or decrease of loads applied to piles with the AE sensors, and the fourth step P4 for specifying the locations and breakage degree of the breakage positions of piles based on the measured AE waves. |
