PURPOSE: To reduce the burden of evaluation work and to prepare an object matched with a clear selection reference by repeating operations of evaluating a substitute plan while using an image map and evaluating the substitute plan again while using a prepared hypothesis. CONSTITUTION: A substitutive plan set storage part 0302 stores plural substitutive plans and a display format data calculation part 0304 transforms the substitutive plan stored in the substitutive plan set storage part 0302 into the format to display it on an image map 0361 of a user interface 0306. Then, a substitutive plan set evaluating part 0301 evaluates the substitutive plan while using this user interface 0306 and inputs the evaluated result. A hypothesis storage part 0307 holds the hypothesis as a procedure for calculating the evaluated value from the data of an object description part in the data structure of the substitutive plan, a hypothesis generating part 0308 forms newly a calculation method expressing the selection process of a designer in the hypothesis storage part 0307 while using the substitutive plan stored in the substitutive plan storage part 0302 and the hypothesis in the hypothesis storage part 0307, and an internal evaluating part 0305 evaluates a substitutive plan set while using this hypothesis. |
