PURPOSE: To automatically generate a sampling instruction based on the test request slip and automatically allocate an analyzing equipment which tests an obtained sample, etc., by providing an article name master and an instruction generating means. CONSTITUTION: The instruction generating means 16 takes a sampling instruction and a test place out of the article name master 7 according to the article name code of a product requested to be tested and generates the sampling instruction wherein a raw material, a product, etc., specified at the test place when a sampling instruction is set on are set. Further, an automatic test allocating means 17 automatically allocates the analyzing equipment which conducts the test, a person in charge of the test, etc., based on the article name and test place by referring to the test request slip data 10 previously generated based on the article name code of the sample once the sample collected with the sampling instruction or in another way is received. |
