<p>PURPOSE: To provide an equipment management system by which an operation along a plan is maintained by a method wherein remaining life information is inputted, stress information is given to a degradation model part according to the plan so as to be simulated and the operating state of an object apparatus is changed according to the remaining life information which has been found. CONSTITUTION: A degradation model part 1 models the degradation situation of an installation apparatus as an object to be managed, and it outputs remaining life information on the apparatus on the basis of stress information which is applied. In a simulation means 3, the remaining life information from the medel part 1 is inputted, and virtual stress information is given to the model part 1 according to a production plan, a maintenance plan and the like so as to be simulated. The model part 1 holds a database for information which is based on the maintenance experience and the equipment management of the apparatus, it operates the given stress information by using the database, and it judges the degradation state of the apparatus so as to output remaining life information. On the basis of the information, the operating load of the apparatus is adjusted by taking a plan into consideration, and a remaining life is managed so as to be extended or the like.</p> |
