A snowboard boot binding adjustment device comprising a frame (1) to which boot binding means (10, 11) are secured, and a round flat element (4) lying flat on the snowboard and secured thereto. The underside of said element includes a circumferential rabbet defining with the snowboard a circumferential groove engaged by the longitudinal sides (30, 31, 20, 21) of the frame (1) on either side of the element (4), whereby said frame is rotatable and translatable relative to the element (4) which comprises locking means (45) for securing the frame (1) to the snowboard in the desired longitudinal and angular positions.
