PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment of loading position of a capacitor in the case of utilizing a phase rotation resulting from a change in the length of a microstrip line for the adjustment of a length of a feeder or the adjustment of impedance matching between circuit blocks in a high frequency circuit. CONSTITUTION: The phase shifter is provided with a microstrip line having a strip pattern 2 being a strip conductor including an arc shaped pattern 2a provided to an upper side of a board 1 made of a dielectric material and having a ground pattern 5 being a ground conductor provided to a lower side of the board 1, with an axial conductor 4 arranged perpendicular to the board 1 and turnable around the center of curvature of the arcvate pattern 2a as its turning center and connected electrically to the ground pattern 5, and with a flat plate 3 being a mobile conductor whose one-side end is fixed to the axial conductor 4, having a length whose other side end reaches the arcvate pattern 2a, opposite to the arcvate pattern 2a at a prescribed interval d1, in which the prescribed interval d1 is maintained even when the axial conductor 4 is turned. |
