PURPOSE: To suppress the temperature reduction in passing gas owing to heat radiation from a piping penetration part in a pressure vessel without depending on a heat source so as to accomplish the simplification of equipment and the reduction in operating costs. CONSTITUTION: When a double tube through part 20, in which a fuel gas pipe 13 is passed through, is used, in an oxidation gas pipe 15 provided with a pipe diameter 3-5 times as large as that of the gas pipe 13, a flow rate is greatly increased. Therefore, the temperature of oxidation gas inside the gag pipe 15 is not reduced in heating of fuel gas inside the gas pipe 13. On the other hand, the temperature of the fuel gas becomes the same temperature as the oxidation gas because of heating from the oxidation gas. The oxidation gas is used as supply gas temperature to a layer built cell 11 following a cell reaction, and at last, discharged from an oxidation exhaust gas pipe 16 as oxidation exhaust gas, however, a part of the oxidation exhaust gas is recirculated so as to be used as oxidation gas, so that temperature regulation cas be carried out, and the oxidation gas and the fuel gas can be fed to the cell 11 at a planned temperature by increasing the supplying temperature by the temperature reduction amount. |
