PURPOSE: To prevent choking of a heat storage body or a duct by low boiling point metal by providing a low boiling point metal trapping device at the rear side of an exhaust gas outlet port for the heat storage body. CONSTITUTION: Combustion gas, produced by the combustion of fuel and having high temperature of 1,400-1,500 deg.C, is charged into a melting chamber 3 and melts incineration ash. The exhaust gas of combustion, which is generated by the melting of the incineration ash, is sucked by another thermal storage type burner 8 and heat exchange is effected in a heat storage body 7 whereby the temperature thereof is reduced, then, is discharged into atmosphere through a low boiling point metal trapping device 9 by a changeover valve 10. When the exhaust gas of combustion passes through the low boiling point metal trapping device 9, heat exchange is effected between combustion air whereby the temperature thereof is reduced. Low boiling point metal is separated from the exhaust gas of combustion, in which the low boiling point metal is agglomerated, and the separated low boiling point metal is accumulated in the low boiling point metal trapping device 9. The accumulated low boiling point metal is discharged within every given period of times. |
