<p>PURPOSE: To allow a slave equipment with a lower priority than a slave equipment whose reply is disabled to send its own reply message without collision with other message even when any slave equipment among plural slave equipments is disable of its reply. CONSTITUTION: When a fault diagnostic tester 5 sends a connection confirmation request message, controllers 2, 1, 6, 7 send a reply message sequentially. When the controller 6 is in reply disable state, the fault diagnostic tester 5 sends the same message as the reply message that is to be sent substantially by the controller 6 in a time P2X after the end of reception of the reply message from the controller 1 as dummy data. Thus, the controller 7 sends its own reply message after the dummy data.</p> |
