<p>PURPOSE: To automatically delete rejected circulation data or circulation data which are older than it at a data storage part of a VAN only by instructing the circulation data to be rejected from a terminal and to easily confirm the reason tor the deletion on the circulation data generation side when the data is rejected. CONSTITUTION: A personal computer 11 for record data approval accesses the data storage part 134 of the VAN center 13 to selectively receive and display the latest record data addressed to itself, decides whether or not the data is accepted, and informs the VAN center 13 of the decision result. The VAN center 13 circulates the accepted record data to a high-order personal computer 12 for record data approval as a next destination when receiving acceptance command, and deletes the same record data as the rejected record number and older record data of the same kind with the rejected record data from the data storage part 134 when a rejection command is received. Further, a personal computer 10 for record data generation accesses a log means 132c to confirm the reason for the deletion when the data is rejected.</p> |
