PURPOSE: To provide an ATM having a ticket issuing function with an additional function equal to the function of a ticket center and a control function for preventing a normal user from feeling inconveniece at the time of confusion. CONSTITUTION: The ATM 501 having the ticket issuing function is provided with a control part 511, a communication means 701 with the ticket center 303, a color printing part 206 and ticket reading functions 606, 608. Since a color-printed ticket can be purchased by the ATM 501 and repayment or a change is also possible, the ATM 501 having the similar function to the ticket center 303 can be provided. At the time of confusion, only the normal ATM function is driven, so that the ATM with the ticket issuing function can be provided without putting a general user to trouble. |
