PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture while reducing error of temperature and radiation by cutting off a plurality of electrode wires at different points and forming an impedance to be measured between the cutting points. SOLUTION: Electrode wires 10a, 10b are passed through a crucible filled with an active material 11 and coated therewith. When they are passed through a hole of crucible, they are bundled to form an apparently single, long and continuous detection filament blank. It is then dried and wound around a take-up frame before being separated into respective filament pieces 20 and paste is removed from the opposite end parts 42a, 42b. Subsequently, the material 11 is crystallized under high temperature and the wires 10a, 10b are cut off at different cutting points 41a, 41b in the longitudinal direction thus forming the active part of a detector 40, i.e., a capacitor to be measured, between the points 41a, 41b. According to the arrangement, manufacturing process is automated and facilitated, diameter of the detector 40 can be decreased and the radiation error can be reduced while shortening the response time. |
